These terms govern your use of Post.

1. Use of the app

Post is an image processing tool that uses AI to refine and transform images based on your input.

By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for users who engage in abusive behaviour.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Post.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of any images you upload.

By using the app, you grant us permission to process your images solely for the purpose of generating results. This includes transmitting them to the third-party AI services named in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to upload, request, or attempt to generate:

• illegal content of any kind
• content you do not have the right to use
• sexually explicit content
• content depicting real-world violence or harm
• content intended to harass, defame, or impersonate any person
• content depicting children in any sexualised, harmful, or exploitative context
• any other material that is objectionable, harmful, or abusive

3. AI-generated results

The app uses AI systems to generate outputs.

We do not guarantee that results will:

• meet your expectations
• be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose

Outputs may vary and are provided “as is”.

If you encounter an AI-generated output you consider objectionable, please report it to us — see the contact section. We review reports and may suspend access for users who repeatedly attempt to misuse the app.

4. Credits and purchases

The app uses a credit-based system: one credit is one shot, and shots are purchased in rolls.

• Credits are required to process images
• Rolls may be purchased through Apple or Google Play in-app purchases
• All purchases are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms

We are not responsible for payment processing.

5. Free trials

Free credits may be provided to new users.

Free shots are proofs: full quality, watermarked. Proofs can be viewed and shared, but not downloaded. Buying your first roll develops every proof on your account — clean, watermark-free, at no extra shot cost — and they become yours to download.

We reserve the right to:

• limit or withdraw free credits
• prevent abuse of free trials

Free credits may not be reissued if you create a new account.

6. Account

You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple or Google account you sign in with.

You may delete your account at any time using the app’s settings.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app.

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of the app
• The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at usepost.co/terms.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
